Information used for your enquiry
The form asks for your name, email address, optional phone number, property postcode, relationship to the property, service interest and description of the issue. Please avoid sending sensitive personal information or details identifying tenants.
We use this information to respond, assess whether we can help, prepare a quote and arrange a service if you choose to proceed. The lawful basis is taking steps at your request before entering a contract. Information needed to manage a later booking will be explained in the booking documentation.
Service providers
This website uses Cloudflare for hosting and form protection, and Resend to deliver enquiry emails to our business mailbox. These services may process technical information such as IP address and browser information so the website and enquiry form can work securely.
If a specialist inspector needs information to assess or carry out the work, we will explain the arrangement and share only what is needed. This form does not automatically send your details to an inspector. We do not use enquiries to enrol you in marketing.
How long information is kept
Enquiries that do not become bookings are normally kept for up to six months after the last contact, then deleted unless a specific legal, accounting or dispute-related need requires longer. Booking records may need to be kept for longer and will be covered in the booking documentation.
Your choices and rights
You may request access to or correction of your personal information, and may have rights to deletion, restriction, objection and portability depending on the circumstances. Cookies and analytics
This version does not use advertising or analytics cookies, advertising pixels or browser storage. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives the technical information needed to serve them. The enquiry form uses Cloudflare Turnstile for spam protection. Any future advertising or analytics integration will need an updated notice and appropriate consent controls before activation.
